Global procurement leader known for transforming procurement into a strategic source of value and innovation.

Tim Riordan is an accomplished leader in global procurement and supply chain, recognized for elevating procurement from a traditional support role into a key source of innovation and value for businesses. His extensive experience covers consulting, commercial textiles, industrial manufacturing, and rapidly growing technology companies. Tim combines strategic insight and disciplined sourcing practices with a knack for building top-performing teams that consistently deliver significant results and creative solutions.

Currently, Tim serves as Director of Procurement for WIKA USA, a global leader in pressure and temperature measurement technology. Since joining WIKA in 2020, he has rebuilt procurement into a strategic partner to the executive and operations teams by developing the procurement and supplier development strategies.  Tim leads a core team of 6 professionals managing $135 million in annual spend. Under his leadership, procurement has delivered year-on-year multimilliondollar savings, driven by strong analytics, a global supplier base and strong supplier collaboration.

Previously, Tim was Director of Enterprise Procurement and Support Services at Ultimate Software, a $1 billion cloud HCM provider ranked #2 on Fortune’s 2020 Best Companies to Work For. He led a 65‑person organization across procurement, logistics, events, facilities, and real estate. At Ultimate, Tim transformed the purchasing team from a transactional function into a strategic procurement partner. His team delivered $5 million in first‑year savings and executed an enterprise-wide sourcing initiative targeting $9 million in EBITDA improvement.

Earlier, Tim served as Chief Procurement Officer and VP of Supply Chain at Interface, Inc., a $1 billion global manufacturer and the recognized sustainability leader. Reporting to the C‑Suite, he transformed seven decentralized purchasing groups into a global organization managing $700 million in spend. He spearheaded supplier‑led innovation initiatives that enhanced product performance, reduced environmental impact, and lowered costs.

Tim began his career as a Senior Manager in Arthur Andersen’s Supply Chain Consulting practice, leading procurement, supply chain and operations engagements for middle market industrial products companies

He lives with his wife and 3 children in Johns Creek, Georgia where he enjoys and spending time outdoors and on the water.
